Includes the following:
(2) aluminum blank, 6061 grade round stock,
5/8" diameter, provided rough saw cut to 2.35" +/- .100
(1) #4 center drill, HSS, import
(1) metric import drill bit
(1) 4oz. squirt top container aluminum cutting fluid
YOU will need to square the ends and bring the blanks to length, and drill the hole.
Make sure you can do this, a disk sander with squaring jig will work.
I can't guarantee a pen mill will cut this much aluminum, that is up to you.
The bit provided will allow a direct kit fitting right in the hole, no tubes.
In a perfect world, the kit fittings will lightly press in. The drill is sized correctly.
Odds are good that your equipment will allow the drill to cut a few thousandths oversize.
I recommend using epoxy if the fittings are a slip fit.
If you are unsure of what this means, please do not purchase.
The center drill , drill, and cutting fluid will be good for many pens,so you can restock
with the extra aluminum stock only once you have this kit.
